  • Wristbands are dispatched in June. If you’ve not received your order by end of June, please email tickets@camperjam.com

  • If you have purchased flash flush passes online please show your e-ticket/order confirmation/order name at the entrance to the flash flush toilets. The team there will be able provide you with wristbands.

  • No pre-book is necessary. Just visit the Information Tent before Saturday morning and have a chat with the team. There is an additional charge for this.

  • Whilst most dogs are allowed at Camper Jam as part of the family we do have some rules to follow.

    • Dogs must be kept on a lead and accompanied by an owner at all times.

    • Dogs are not permitted in the marquees after 8pm.

    • Dogs attending must be comfortable in busy environments, friendly around strangers and other dogs.

    • Banned breeds such as an XL Bully are not permitted at Camper Jam.

    • Any mess made by your pet must be cleaned up by you.

  • Fitted gas stove inside vans, table top gas stoves and gas BBQs are permitted as long as they are elevated off the ground.

    Disposable BBQs are not permitted.

    Do not use a BBQ inside your camper van, tent or similar as it is a fire hazard and creates carbon monoxide which can be fatal.

Opening Times

Please do not arrive before or after these times as this puts undue pressure on our team and will cause traffic issues. You will be turned away.
Thursday: 2pm - 10pm (Thursday Passes Only)
Friday: 10am - 10pm  (Weekend Campers Only)
Saturday: 10am - 10pm (Last Entry 6pm)
Sunday: 10am - 5pm (Last Entry 3pm)

Day Visitors

We are open to day visitors on Saturday & Sunday. Friday is for Weekend Campers only.
You can secure your place and save money by purchasing day tickets in advance.
Day Visitor Parking will be signposted, please be sure to follow the signage as it may be different from previous years.

Weekend Camping

Campsite Rules

We try not to have too many rules but please pay attention to the following for the safety and comfort of all guests, anyone found in breach of these rules may be asked to leave.

  • Private generators are not allowed.

  • No fires or fire pits of any kind.

  • No fireworks or Chinese lanterns.

  • Barbecues must be raised off the ground while in operation, and must not be taken inside camping units, tent or caravans due to fire and carbon monoxide risks. Smoke must not inconvenience other campers.

  • Caravans and motorhomes are brought onsite at the owner's discretion

  • You can bring your own alcohol, but please no glass. Decant any glass bottles into a plastic bottle before arrival.

  • No motorised leisure scooters / bikes / skateboards.
    Electric mobility scooters are permitted.

  • It is not permitted to camp on Sunday night.

  • Children 17 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 year’s old.
